Sui now charges 99% less gas to read Move packages (protocol version 139).

Every transaction pays to load the packages it calls. Validators cache packages, so Sui now charges 1% of the old rate. Loading a 100 KB package drops from about $0.000146 to $0.0000015 per transaction.

This follows the storage fee cut from October 9 and lowers gas further for placing, canceling and updating orders, especially batched quotes.

Thanks to @mystenmark and the Sui team. You can read the proposal in SIP #75.
